Good Homes. Beyond Net Zero
Driving the Future of Sustainable, Healthy and Resilient Homes

The Good Homes Alliance (GHA) and South East Consortium (SEC) are proud to host Good Homes – Beyond Net Zero, a full-day conference at the British Library Knowledge Centre in London on 28 January 2026. The event brings together leading voices from across the built environment to explore bold, practical solutions for delivering net zero, low-embodied carbon, healthy and climate resilient homes.
The event merges the GHA’s annual Good Homes Conference with SEC’s Sustainability AM, offering a rich programme of keynote talks, expert insights, research updates, panel discussions, and networking opportunities. It will convene over 200 delegates from local authorities, housing associations, academia, industry, consultancies, government departments and solution providers.
Highlights include:
- Keynote address by award-winning journalist and author Peter Apps, known for his work on housing policy and building safety.
- Sessions on retrofit quality, design and skills, and the Future Homes Standard.
- Expert panels on climate resilience innovation and AI & data-driven building performance.
